Cradle of  Dreams

THE OTTAWA HOSPITAL Rich Little SPECIAL CARE NURSERY“Cradle of dreams” is  fundraising in support of the Rich Little Special Care Nursery of  The Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus. This will help generate funds to help staff care for newborn babies in Ottawa and the surrounding region by helping to purchase new equipment to be used for sick and premature newborns in our city.

A brief history of The Rich Little Special Care Nursery:The Rich Little Special care Nursery is a neonatal intensive care unit that has worked closely within our community since 1981 to provide family centered care to all sick neonates. The unit was initiated by Dr. Michael Hardie and continues, still, in the loving hands of Dr. Pradeep Merchant and Dr. Jan Kotarba. Special Care Nursery has made a difference to over 18, 000 newborn lives throughout the years.
